Who Is a Good Candidate for The MAC’s Weight Management Program?

In general, men and women from all different backgrounds, body compositions, and walks of life make great candidates for our Weight Management Program. For some patients, their healthiest weight could require that they lose 50 or more pounds. For others, they would feel more confident if they were 5-15 pounds lighter.

Managing weight is something we all experience at some point in our lives, whether it surfaces later in life in conjunction with hormones, injuries, or disease, or it started earlier in life with varying eating habits. If you find yourself identifying with any of the situations below, our program might just be the perfect fit for you:

You Need To Learn the Right Way To Eat

If you have spent your entire life up to now making poor food choices that have kept you from living life at your healthiest weight, a Weight Management Program may be exactly what you need to finally take control of your health and reach a healthy weight. Lifestyle plays a significant role in your weight. You may have grown up eating the wrong foods because no one taught you how to make healthy food choices.

If so, you also may have found that attempting to eat healthily is not only unenjoyable, but very difficult. The good news is, that’s not your destiny. With our help, you can approach weight loss and nutrition from an entirely different perspective. So not only will you lose weight and gain confidence, but you’ll also improve your overall health as well.

You Need To Lose Those Last Few Pounds

If you are relatively healthy but still have extra weight to lose and just can’t seem to make the scale change, we can help. Sometimes you just need an extra edge to help kick those extra pounds, and that’s exactly what we can do. Through guidance and medication management, we can design a program that helps you break through that weight loss plateau so you can see visible improvement and finally shed those last few pounds.

You Can’t Lose Weight on Your Own

If you have tried to lose weight on your own and have been unable to, a guided program (like ours) that provides you with built-in accountability so that you can reach your goals may be just what you need. Knowing that someone else will be tracking your progress can make all the difference in helping you stay committed to the process.

When you invest in our Weight Management Program and are guided by professionals investing in you, you’ll be more likely to stick to it. When this happens, you’ll finally see real results. Accountability is an important aspect of life, and it is critical regarding weight loss. If you know that accountability is the missing link in your weight loss journey, we can provide you with that and more.

You’ve Reached a Healthy Weight, But You’re Not “Healthy”

Just because the number on the scale is a culturally acceptable one, that might not mean you are technically healthy. If you have reached a healthy weight but want to lose body fat and increase lean muscle mass, you may qualify for our Weight Management Program.

Sometimes all it takes is changing your diet and adopting an effective exercise routine to transform your body. Dr. Brinlee can work with you to overhaul your diet and help you transform your current health into one defined by an improved body composition.

Understanding the “Why?”

The difference between OUR weight management pROGRAM and a fad diet is that when you follow a plan led by professionals cuRATED to your needs, you’ll be able to understand how your diet, exercise, and behavioral patterns affect your weight.

A fad diet simply forces you to cut out food groups and restrict calories, and while it does result in weight loss, most people gain that weight right back after the diet is over because they’ve never learned how to change those behavior patterns. When you commit to The MAC’s Weight Management Plan, we will work with you every step of the way to discuss behavioral patterns, nutritional advice, habit creations, and so much more.

You’ll learn more about yourself, why you have historically made the choices you have, and you’ll learn how to replace bad habits with positive ones. Understanding your behavioral patterns is the key to maintaining your weight loss long-term and living the healthiest lifestyle possible. The best diet is one that you can maintain long-term. It’s a lifestyle defined by moderation, adequate exercise, and positive eating habits. If you’ve never seen what that looks like in your life, we can help you get there.

Modified Weight Management at The MAC!

Sometimes you are doing all the right things at home, but still need help to reach your weight loss goals. Here at McKinzie Aesthetics center we want to offer a customized plan for those who do not need the nutritional and exercise guidance!
